These were so comfortable. I’m 5’2 and 270, I brought the 18, but should have purchased a 16. They ran big, however, I do plan on getting another pair. The material is a nice quality, I’ve washed them twice and they hold their cold and shape well. I recommend these to all.

I like this one a lot better than the panty one. I have a 34-35” waist, 46” hips, and I’m 5’9. I got a large. It really is the most seamless one I have, however, you can see the shaper on you thighs through your clothing depending on how fitted tour outfit is. Lastly, you WILL need the straps because it will roll down up top.

I absolutely love my waist trainer!!! My only problem with it was, I am overweight and usually buy 2x clothing. Terrible thing was that I ordered a 4x thinking that it would be easy to put on. It wasn't. I couldn't even zip it, without me zipping up my tummy. Eventually I laid back on my bed, held my belly in will I pushed it down- and finally I was able to zip it half way. My experience was terrible. But I'm going to go on a strict diet, so I can be able to wear it and exercise.

Okay i wanted To give 3 stars, but as a business owner that’s not fair. Excellent customer service, fast shipping. Quality was not what i was Hoping fir. Material is not post surgical quality, but is great fabric. Fits looser then expected. I’m 5’5 168 got a large and should have gotten a medium, maybe small. I have 28” waist and 45” hips it was really loose in the waist.
I would Recommend these!
