I love this waist trainer! It fits true to the measurements it's secure but I don't feel I have to kill my self to get into it, and most importantly it lays pretty smooth underneath my workout tops. I’ve had other waste trainers and they have all had their issues. I actually purchased this trainer because of a picture I saw with a young lady sitting with it on. I asked about the trainer and was told it’s comfortable to wear and she doesn’t have problems with it rolling up and that was all I needed to hear. I’m glad I purchased this trainer and will wear it when working out and just causality around the house.

I love how it really snatches my waist in. My fiancée loves that it sits by boobs up so high lol I do think it could be a bit longer for us ladies with longer torsos (everyone isn't 5'1 🥴). I like them; however, I should have ordered a Large instead, because the material is light and thin and doesn't have the compression you're looking for to hold you in!! The length of the legs are nice and long.....but the waist trainer section at the top doesn't hold you in tight at all.

The fit is perfect! Follow the size chart. Fluffy girls, it may seem like an extreme size(bigger that your norm), but I assure you that if reforming your body is your ultimate goal, you will be going back for smaller size waste trainers anyway! Great quality product I recommend!

I ordered a small. I was reluctant to get the medium but I am happy I got the small. When it first arrived I did not think it would fit because it was VERY tight. But tight is best because after just wearing it 3 times, I can see my form shaping and it’s not as hard to put on now. Very much recommend this product.
