I had originally got the book for my daughter’s 1st birthday and she loved it. Unfortunately the buttons didn’t work and I had reached out asking it would be possible to get a replacement, and sure enough I was able to. I’m thrilled because my baby loves pressing the buttons and it works. The customer service is exceptional!! I’m extremely pleased with the company for delivering the joy that my baby girl feels. Also put my mind as ease that they look out for their customers!

Thank you so much for your excellent customer service. I scanned the QR code at the back of the book when the battery died in my daughter’s favorite book, “I Love My Body”. I was not expecting the batteries to be free and to get more than I actually needed. It included a tool to easily place the battery when it arrived. It’s rare to see a company go above and beyond. My daughter loves these books, easy for her to use at 18 months. The battery ran out & I was happy with the replacement. Shipping seemed expensive, ($8) but I received 6 batteries & a screwdriver for the book, do they’ll last a long time!

We received our first book - "Spanish: Seis Canciones Tradicionales". It has beautiful images and clearly sung tunes. We are thrilled with our book and plan on looking into purchasing more. NOTE: Customer service went above and beyond when it came to resolving an early issue. I received responses to my emails within hours and my issue was resolved. I am as impressed with the care placed on the customer as I am with the quality of the book.

My Grandson absolutely loves his Cali musical books. He is now 8 1/2 months old and when given 2 choices of books always picks the Cali. He has even begun to push on the page for the music. We now own a total of 8 books and he gets so excited when Gigi comes with a new one. I highly recommend the books and the company is a delight to work with!

The books are great my grandson LOVES them. I have given many as gifts, BUT having to pay $20.00 for the cord and charger is ridiculous on your site. What happened to giving at least the cord with the sale of the book. You used to give them if we asked online at your site. You are making it difficult to give the books as a gift.
