I love these sprinkles! They're a bit more modern and dark/blue toned than the typical classic jimmy mix, and they have a nice crispy crunch. They're well defined after being baked in a dough, and don't bleed badly. I noticed that the darkest blue bled a very small amount, so just make sure you're gentle with handling or mixing a wetter dough or batter with these in them. MORE VEGAN JIMMY MIXES PLEASE!
