Really excellent product, exactly as described. The sign is really bright and clear. Came with the correct EU plug and USB connector as ordered even with a chain to hang it up! Communication was excellent, tracking confirmed all the time. Item was well packaged and arrived in less than two weeks. I highly recommend this seller! Big thumbs up for them! :)

Beautiful quality. I have a guitar/amp shop and have been decorating it. For such a good price I wasn't sure what I was going to receive. But when it arrived I was very pleased. Beautifully bright LED and crystal clear surface. Strong wiring and quality connectors. Very robust. I think you need to make the packaging thicker (More padding on these) as it was a little thin, and a small chip was missing from one corner of the sign. But it was hardly noticeable thankfully. Just got mine today. Fairly quick delivery. As the description states, these are not neon lights but LED lights made to look like neon lights. Really can’t tell they are not neon unless you’re very close. They do a nice job. Being LED it’s much lighter, uses less electricity and probably lasts longer.
