Just did a solid week gouging and welding wearing this mask at Groote Eylandt mine in the NT, 38 degrees and very humid pretty much every day, not only is the ADFLO good for the lungs, it’s also much cooler and less sweaty wearing this mask compared to a non air fed mask, should have bought one years ago. It’s great, definitely made the money worth while spending the extra $60 to prevent damage to the hose. Only issue is the cover doesn’t go the full length of the hose.

Great helmet. Get protective lenses for the inside right away, as it doesn't come with any, which is a bummer, only has outer lenses in the kit. Otherwise great helmet, massive field of view, very responsive.

This helmet is amazing!! Should've purchased it a long time ago. Very comfortable and such a good function being able to direct the air where I want it. No more fumes whilst welding or dust and particles whilst grinding and being able to switch between the 2 jobs by just lifting the welding lenses is so handy. I would highly recommend this product and I am very happy and satisfied with my purchase.

I'm sorry I didn't buy this helmet years ago! It's easy and conformable to wear once on you hardly notice it the back pack, the safety glass is very clear and good wide vision. Feel good on way home after work, no red face. I don't get dirty and breathing clean air makes a big difference, don't get tired any more. Long life battery. Good for all types of welding. They have the magnification number etched into the bottom of the lens with large enough text to read without glasses. So you can swap a 2.0 with a 2.5 if you're welding at arms length instead of close up.

I've run the 9100FX air for a few years now. The detent (to adjust the viewing area) had broken off the outer shell so overheads were a pain and I was keen to check out the true vision lenses.
