Super soft, feels well made to say it was so cheap. A little bit of fluff comes off at first but that’s to be expected. Came within a couple weeks to the U.K.! Has a slightly strange material on the inside but I wouldn’t say this is an issue! Metal magnetic clasp works fine and chain is a little flimsy but shouldn’t be a problem if you don’t put anything extremely heavy in the bag. Tiny bit of a smell but nothing overpowering. Overall super happy!
