I didn't expect this to really work for my UTI since nothing really has but within hours the pain and urge to use the restroom subsided. I now use it on a regular basis as a preventative measure and I have not gotten a UTI since. It really seems to work faster than just plain cranberry and I find i don't need to take as many capsules.

2 more months and no infection. It's not that my father has had recurrent UTIs, but because he suffers from urone retention, he had a kidney infection last December and we don't want it to repeat! So far so good with UTRX.
