Amazing customer service. I got an email after my purchase letting me know that it may take a bit to ship the order, which I appreciated. After I received it, I thought I thought I had an issue with it, so I emailed them and got a response right away. I really appreciated that. I have been using the LR for about 3 weeks mostly twice a day on my face using the red light on 4. My skin looks firmer and I feel like I’ve had a salon laser treatment with noticeable results so will keep using! Sometimes the tingling gets to be too much around my mouth and eyes so I turn it down.
