While it took some time to arrive, that's expected for custom orders. I was extremely satisfied with the customer service- they sent me the design for approval and I was able to make suggestions. I also highly recommend the detailed silhouette upgrade, the entire vehicle displayed is gorgeous, unique wall art. This was a very successful gift for a car guy, and I recommend adding LED strip lights to the back (see pics) so it glows at night!
