For the most part I am happy with my purchase - certainly the tracking aspect of the shipping of the item was outstanding (UPS), as it transited through Lithuania, Poland and Germany before arriving in the UK. My only criticism is that the elevated screws that lift the silhouette away from the wall do not have plastic caps on them, so the screws will easily scratch the wall if moved in-situ.

The biggest Issue I had with this company is the shipping/creating time. I ordered this item on November 23, 2022 and did not receive it until February 6th. I love the product none the less. It a 47" side view and it looks amazing on the wall, I only wish it would have come sooner so it could have been a Christmas gift, as that was the goal.
