The package arrived with dime-sized holes at each screw location and 3 nuts were missing. Most likely, the shipper had it tightly wedged between other packages and the screws rubbed their way through the cardboard. I bought 3 nuts at the local hardware to fix it. You should consider including the screws and nuts in a plastic bag instead of mounted to the artwork for shipping.

Great piece of artwork but was delivered in the package bent a little bit. Most likely from handling by your shipper. I was able to get it fairly straight however there is still a slight curvature to it.

I would LOVE to share a pic. We ordered the Barber track for my husband for Father's Day. We were at the very first race at Barber and have been back often. He was SO excited to open it with plans of hanging it in his office. Unfortunately, my son threw it away when he was told to take out the garbage the next day (It was still "protected" in the box, and there were other boxes near that really were trash). Needless to say it was a gut punch to all of us, especially my sweet son. Heartbroken.

I ordered a neon custom design for myself and I will say I believe it's a bit overpriced. Nothing bar sign quality or anything like that.. but well put together and my design was on point. The strips that make up the design are rubbery and can pop out of place, and is set in a plexiglass-ish base. Overall happy but not sure I would order the neon ...

Prompt turn around. A rendition was sent for approval in short order. It was entirely acceptable. About +2 weeks later the sculpture arrived via DHS. It was precisely what had been portrayed in the approval email. My suggestion is order one size larger than you think you want!
