I had the original but dropped it from a high location, so I ordered the upgraded version. I like the strobe effect better on the 1st one, it had a more variable speed control. also seemed to have a better DJ / music response mode. Besides that, I love the new 1. The colors seem brighter and more brilliant. The solid color effects are nice as well.

Terrible experience. Ordered the light and tracking never updated so reached out to Rave Light multiple times and never received a response. Light showed up finally…went and plugged it in the first time and it made a loud bang nose and now it won’t work. Shorted out without ever using it.

The microphone on my device appears to already be quickly atrophying. Despite treating the device with great care and only after a few uses, the microphone already barely hears the music and then reacts accordingly. You have to put the speaker DIRECTLY behind the light and this simply does not work in my home setup.

I recieved a product that is not what I ordered ! I requested a laser light and I recived an LED light. I have requested a return for 3 weeks now and no one has replied. This proves the company is corrupt and doesn't care about their clients.
I will take this to the authorities and continue to let everyone on social media know until something is done to provide a product that was advertised or full refund !! Other companies do this with ease. Not Ravelight!

You have ignored all of my attempts to get in touch with you since I ordered this product. You sent me a broken ravelight. The green lights do not work and haven’t since I got it. I have contacted your support, help, and info emails and gotten nothing. Your customer service is abysmal despite all your posts about how important your customers are to you. That’s a blatant lie.

I'm a professional mobile event DJ with over 24-yrs of experience. I've brought many very high end lasers over the years, all of them at 3-4 times the price of this little gem. This is an excellent laser with many vivid effects. It's a great value for what all that it does.

I requested to return and exchange repeatedly, starting just a few days after the product was delivered. I never got a response other than to “provide a valid reason” such as a defective or broken product. Worst customer service I have EVER experienced.
