In a world where everyone brags about their customer service, Allegiance a flag goes beyond anything. When one of the spinners was a bit stiff they sent me a new kit for next day delivery. Within 5 minutes of reaching out for advice (I thought it just needed to be oiled) I had a tracking code. Awesome service and their product truly works.

This is my second Allegiance flag. I lost the first one last December just before Christmas. Very strong winds wrapped the other one around the head and wing of my Eagle topper. Unfortunately it tore before I could get it down. I looked at others, some less expensive and I came back as I like their quality and values!

Th quality of the flag set was excellent, and the folks in customer service were fantastic. When I initially got the assembled flag set, the flag wrapped itself around the mast. I called customer service and they immediately sent me a new set of de-tanglers. While they were enroute, I tweaked the distance between the de-tanglers. As a former Garrison Commander I was personally involved in selecting the flags that flew at our installation. The Allegiance Flag is better made than any other flag that I have come across. Hands down the finest quality components 2nd to none. I made a hasty decision about a year ago and bought a flag set from a competitor. It wasn't non-tangle as advertised. Allegiance sold me a pole and mount that is truly non-tangle. Then a flag to replace my original that was prematurely frayed. Ann from Customer Service held my hand and made it happen. American sourced and made says it all.

My wife and I love our new flag! It completely changed the way my home looks. We wanted a good quality flag to put up to honor my brother while out on deployment. Had the flag over a year and wasn't home to take it down when we had a severe wind event that damaged the flag. Wasn't expecting any warranty, but you replaced the flag with out hesitation. Can't wait until you expand into other flags, like the Navy one in the picture. I go through a couple of those a year. Just can't find a quality one.

Began hanging a flag where it is after our troops deployed to the Middle East. I went through many flags and it was a difficult search finding a quality one manufactured in the USA. Thank God for allegiance Flag Supply. These flags are the highest quality. Strong and made to the highest standard. I added grommets so it won’t tear. This is the best flag I’ve ever had.

Texas wind? No problem. Current flag wraps around the pole? No longer. The wind never stops here in North Texas, but that is not a problem for this sturdy flag pole. Solid wood instead of cheap aluminum. PLUS, a cast iron bracket instead of an thin aluminum bracket. I had two of those break in the Texas wind in 3 months. Now, I don't leave this flag hanging in 30+ mph winds...the other night we had gusts over 70mph. But for normal 10-25mph daily winds the pole never gives indication of straining...

Do something good with your stimulus and support a small business like Allegiance Flag Supply. I was on the fence about buying one due to the cost, but as soon as I took it out of the shipping tube, I could see the level of detail, quality and craftsmanship. It was also pre-assembled, so all I had to do was take down the old pole and put the new one on. Buy one, you will not be disappointed!

I can not express how happy I am with my new AMERICAN FLAG and spinners. Living on Long Island we have experienced numerous days of 35 to 55 MPH winds and my flag has not shown any wear at all and my spinners keep my flag flying true. I have had several of your flags. The last longer than others I have had. they are definitely the best I have had and the fact they are made in the USA is a plus in my mind. I have both 3x5 and 4x6 flags and use the larger one for special occasions and holidays. One thing I wish was available is a recycle system for flags. I know I can turn them in to VFW or Boy Scouts for proper disposal but a recycle system would be great.
