I installed the spinners and I like that they are really well made. However, the flag still wraps around the pole. What am I doing wrong? Is there some special way to install them on the pole? Am I tightening the spinners too tight onto the pole?

It cost more than other flags you can find on Amazon but here's the thing. It's made in the USA using American materials and that makes all the difference. Our flag shouldn't be made in China. The quality is first rate and this will be my go to store in the future.

I first purchased the standard size flag and pole. It was great except it constantly set off the ring doorbell. Decided to buy the smaller version meant for Boats and attach it above the front door. The light is a dawn to dusk light so it gets the proper respect. Same great quality as larger flag and of course Made in America.

The flag comes folded in the proper manner for an American flag, which is huge for me being retired military. The quality is the best I've seen for any flags I've purchased. We get strong winds where I live, so I replace my flags as needed or at least annually. That written, Allegiance flags have proven very durable, more so than any other flag I've purchased, and the color has faded very little. A very well made flag! I am impressed with the outstanding quality. It’s been on the tree for 5 days and it hasn’t wrapped around the pole once. My old flag wrapped around the pole all the time - not the Allegiance Flag. I very happy with my purchase.

I purchased this flag a year ago and absolutely love it! The spinners prevent the flag from tangling on itself and it has held up so much better than previous flags I purchased. When I took it down last fall I lost one of the screws that hold the spinners on the pole. I forgot about it until I went to put it back up for spring. Well worth the money to support an American made product and American workers. As for the flag it is the nicest flag I have ever purchased. It is heavy duty with beautiful stitching and will last way longer than the other cheap flags I purchased over the years more than offsetting the price. When my initial order arrived the flagpole was broken due to very careless handling by FedEx. I contacted Allegiance and informed them of the issue. They were very apologetic and shipped a new pole the next day. I was very happy with the customer service I received from Allegiance.
