One of my spinners came apart in a sudden 80 mph wind gust while I was at work. Normally I bring in my flag but I missed the weather alert. I sent an email and asked about getting a replacement. The awesome customer service rep sent me a new pair and new caribeener clips for free. She then followed up to make sure I got them and was happy. Now that's what I call superb customer service. Exactly what you get from an American company that's made in USA. Thank you again from a proud USAF veteran.

I originally ordered a 3x5 but a few minutes after ordering I realized I should have gone with a 4x6 for my 30 foot flag pole. I contacted customer service and upgraded to the larger flag with no problem. I live at the lake where we get a lot of windy days. Every flag I have bought wraps around itself and I have to unfurl it with a long metal pole. Last week we had 35 mph winds and the Allegiance flag did get wrapped around itself but it also unfurled on it's own and has done so every time. I highly recommend this flag and this company!

We are so pleased with our Allegiance Flag Set. With our old set, the flag would wrap around the pole and get stuck on our roof. We have had none of those issues with our Allegiance flag! The flag is the most well made flag that I have ever owned. The hardware is superior to anything I have ever seen. My first thought was these items are over priced, but after I received the flag, hardware, and pole it was easy to see why they cost a little more. Over my lifetime, 82 years,I have purchased many US flags, but I will never buy another flag other than an Allegiance flag.

Best quality Flag I've ever had. Great workmanship and quick delivery. I do seem to have some trouble with the brackets rolling a full 360 degrees ...one more than the other. It seems to have a slight bump that hold the bracket some of the time from rotating full cycle. I moved one of the brackets a half inch to loosen the end to end tightness but the flag will still fail to rotate fully at times and rolls around the pole. I even lubricated the brackets with silicon. Any suggestions appreciate...

I hung up the flag while Mr Baca a WW2 Vet was at a doctors appt at the VA. When his son drove him up to his house he had the proudest smile while looking at his new flag.
