I emailed allegiance and they were quick to send me information regarding how to make sure everything was working correctly. However it still didn’t work. Great flag we are so happy with it. We were so happy with the quality stitching and overall product we purchased a Texas flag and again we love it. I bought the Texas flag because I’m originally from Texas now I’m living in Nevada for last 30 years. So now I’m going to order my Nevada flag from allegiance. Until discovering Allegiance, we literally wasted years & resources by acquiring USA & Texas flags NOT made in the USA. Printed stars & flimsy materials disintegrated under the Texas sun & winds. The flag presented to me when I retired from active duty in 2015 was stained and tattered. It was very much in need of replacement. Selecting an Allegiance flag to be that replacement was the right choice. It's durably made of high--quality materials. I'm quite happy with my purchase.

I ordered a flag set for my home and was so impressed with the quality that I ordered 2 more for our Lake of the Ozark’s home 4th of July celebration. Displaying our beautiful flags is our way of expressing our love for our country. Next year please develop a line of bunting so we can display it from our deck railing so all boaters can see it from the water! We love supporting family owned small businesses!

I was intrigued by this brand, having heard promotions on social media and talk radio, but I wasn’t sold until I saw the combo up close at a rental cabin. I ordered one based on the quality I saw in person, and it arrived the day I got home (5 days order to delivery). It replaced an aluminum pole and cheaper flag. The difference is obvious. I’m very happy with it!

I started to note my flag was wrapping on the pole. I wrote to customer service and immediately had a reply from Paula with a set of things to try to correct this. It turned out that the lower spinner was frozen up. I was unable to break it loose and let Allegiance know the problem. American made and sourced and, because of the quality, it may be a better value in the long run than the cheap Chinese crap that most others have. Great overall experience! My flag arrived quickly and was packed very well. I am very impressed with the quality of all the parts of this set! The hardware is super heavy-duty. After tightening the swivels holding the flag to the pole it now Flys majestically as it should.
