The flag is the most well made flag that I have ever owned. The hardware is superior to anything I have ever seen. My first thought was these items are over priced, but after I received the flag, hardware, and pole it was easy to see why they cost a little more. Over my lifetime, 82 years,I have purchased many US flags, but I will never buy another flag other than an Allegiance flag.

Best quality Flag I've ever had. Great workmanship and quick delivery. I do seem to have some trouble with the brackets rolling a full 360 degrees ...one more than the other. It seems to have a slight bump that hold the bracket some of the time from rotating full cycle. I moved one of the brackets a half inch to loosen the end to end tightness but the flag will still fail to rotate fully at times and rolls around the pole. I even lubricated the brackets with silicon. Any suggestions appreciate...

This flag was a gift for my husband and he was so surprised. He was a Vietnam veteran and was wounded in Vietnam and received a Purple Heart. He loves his country and we have talked about getting a flag for some time. I was very impressed with the Allegiance flag being made in the USA and being hand sewn and all the other good features advertised. I must say, we were not disappointed in any way when we saw the craftsmanship of this American flag. My husband hung it on our house on Christmas...

One of my spinners came apart in a sudden 80 mph wind gust while I was at work. Normally I bring in my flag but I missed the weather alert. I sent an email and asked about getting a replacement. The awesome customer service rep sent me a new pair and new caribeener clips for free. She then followed up to make sure I got them and was happy. Now that's what I call superb customer service. Exactly what you get from an American company that's made in USA. Thank you again from a proud USAF veteran.

Easy order, great customer service. Flags (this is my second one) are just beautiful. So well-stitched and bound. My flag gets whipped about and even bound-up in the garage, but the flag is sturdy and looks good despite the abuse from weather.

I thought that it was a little pricey until it arrived. I have had dozens of flags that were fading and/or shredding within months. This flag is beautifully made and the swivels and pole are functional art. This is definitely the case of forgetting the price and getting "Made in America" quality. Very happy with my purchase.

I've wasted 100s of dollars on flag kits over the last 20 years...and those flags were bad quality too. This Allegiance kit is top notch and very high quality. Nice to drive up to the house and see it waving in the wind...not twisted around the pole! Loved it so much I bought my daughter and her husband one to replace their constantly twisted flag.
