I was having some issues mounting the bracket on my house, and when I asked for advice, Allegiance sent me, at no charge, a new bracket that accommodated larger screws and helpful instructions for mounting it on my brick front. It is a grand old flag. I love the bearings in the anchor points. However, they did mark up the white stripes in our flag. I would have wiped them down had I been aware. The pole is made of wood.

I got to fly Betsy for about a week before the HOA told me they had some complaints about my flag. I told the HOA that I replace the original flag with the 27th revision and put back up the current flag, also from Allegiance. Now to find a place to display Betsy in my garage so when I open my door she waves proudly.

Live in the Boston Mtns/Ozark National Forest -2000 ft elevation. Flags get an almost constant 7 to 10 mph basic breeze, with gusts. Previous flags got constantly tangled, this one hasn't yet! Built quality is top notch, well worth the money.

My previous flag was accidentally left out during an unexpected wind storm. A sharp corner of my house tore its edge. That poor flag endured one BAD wind storm.
