Bought the 3 x 5' flag kit. Big improvement over previous flag setup. No longer tangling and flag is higher quality. Can't beat the price for American made. I adjusted the spinners inward by roughly 1/4", this resulted in the flag basically never needing to unwrapped. As shipped, it would occur once every couple of days (vs. daily/hourly with previous). Will buy from again.

I bought the 4x6, but it turned out to be too large for my pole (attached to my brick over my garage), kept pulling the pole out of the brick. Decided to buy the 3x5 and have had no issues with the pole coming out of the brick. Both flags are beautiful and of the highest quality. Just today I purchased my second but not last Allegiance flag. My first Allegiance flag was purchased last month and I was so excited and happy with it that I vowed to purchase more. So this morning I did just that. I’ve already received a notice that it has shipped. I can’t wait until it arrives. I live on a nice farm. Very quiet. AND SAFE!! Outstanding quality in production. A word of advice to those living in high heat and UV exposure is to spray your flag with a UV and water protectant before long exposures in places like Florida, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas. That would go for any American Flag left to long exposures of sunshine. Allegiance was kind enough to replace mine and gave me the above advice after I used a water protectant only on my first one.

Upon delivery the tube was damaged and missing the bracket. I called immediately and had someone speaking with me about the problem. I had the part within 4 days. Customer care is excellent and our flag is beautiful! I sent a video to show wind does not keep this flag from wrapping up on itself. With the tacks, it flies free every time!
