So happy to have gotten all of the expansions, made playing with 4 people super fun and easy! all the new twists that each creature brings to the table is incredible and opens up so many realms for different strategies. I have never had such easy buy-in when introducing a boardgame to my friends or coworkers! Everybody I've shown Necromolds loves it from the second they see it, then are obsessed the moment the squish their first monster! I cannot wait for more expansions!

Played for the first time last night with my 7 yr old. We both LOVED the game. Played the std rules and he tracked pretty well. Well enough to smash me! Good round/turn structure, excellent pacing, loved the command slot options. Instruction book is clear with good examples to guide game play. I played a 4 player game and it was great! We divided up the books into two groups and had at it. It wasn't as chaotic as I thought it would have been with four players. There were some pretty great laugh out moments when a small monster was able to defeat a hefty monster. I played with 4 adults and there were no complaints.

I got my fiance the base game and the expansion packs for Christmas. We are in our late 20's and we had a blast. You can definitely play the game with only the base spell books, but it is much more fun when you have variety in monsters. My fiance preferred the fancy measuring tool because of it's rigidity and cool design. I am dyslexic and struggle to tell the difference between the medium and long distances. Necromolds is amazing! It’s an easily accessible and fun wargame with some really cool visuals and mechanics. Building your army is super fun and easy. The spellbooks produce some really good looking clay miniatures. The gameplay is fast and well-balanced and it’s really satisfying to squash your opponent’s models. I’ve played two games so far and can’t wait to okay some more.

I saw this in Kickstarter and thought it looked neat. I was NOT disappointed!! Not only is it a great breakout game that is fun for both adults and kids, but it can be played at varying degrees of complexity. Squishing your opponents monsters is just soooo satisfying! Also, they went ALL OUT on the quality here. You can tell the whole game is well made, and it can take a beating from kids just like toys used to!

Got this just before Christmas and went all in on all the series one expansions and I am glad I did. My kids love it and it is fun for me to join in too. Great family game and for the wargamers out there a great introduction to miniatures games. It is light enough for kids to learn but enough depth to make for a satisfying experience for experienced gamers as well. Looking forward to see how this game continues to develop.

Fun game for the kids, easy for my 7 year old with the easy set of rules and just made up my own rules to play with the 4 year old. They love just making the units and smushing them so you only have to make it complicated if you want to.

I love the simple pick up and playability the game has that makes it so easy to get new people into it. I played the game and fell in love and got some of the monster packs to fill the box along with the 4 player upgrade. Played it with my friends tonight and they were hooked and asked to play more. I'm an old time Warhammer 40k player and I got to say Necromolds is fantastic. A far more affordable and accessible platform for tabletop gaming. The setup is a quick and easy breeze and molding the army is almost as fun as playing the game. The idea of destructible minis that can constantly be recycled is genius!

Lovely product!! Just received our Kickstarter, and the kids love it. Got a bit daunted at the size of the rulebook, however once I realised it's only 2 pages long for lite play, everyone had a ball! They love seeing me squishing my guys as I lose terribly to the might of my 8 to. My 5 yo loves the squishiness of the dough and casts monsters like a pro. 5* for us!

This game rocks! So many layers of goodness and fun. Perfect for getting me into the spooky fall feeling! The lore is imagination inspiring! My kids had their first game and they couldn't stop giggling and cheering, even when their own monsters were getting smashed. We decided to give them all names, usually right before they got turned into a puddle of clay. Afterwards the children begged me, can we play again? (and my daughter, the haggler, said "Can we play ... 2 more times?"). I can see Necromolds becoming a family game night staple.

Absolutely love our copy of necromolds. I have two kids (8 and 3), they can't get enough of this stuff. Smashing monsters is way more satisfying than I imagined it could be. The monsters are super detailed, and the instructions include simple and advanced versions for different play styles.

Super fun game that is great for kids and adults. Lots of depth in strategy but simple enough for young kids! I taught my oldest (9) how to play yesterday and I wake up to her playing with my youngest (6) after teaching it all by herself! We recently got our copy of Necromolds and absolutely love it! My son is a video gamer and hasn’t gotten the board game “bug” yet—however not only did he have a total blast playing Necromolds, it was the first thing he asked if we could play again the following day. He has already memorized the names of the Monsters and has picked up on their tactics. For anyone with young ones or adults that grew up in the 80s or 90s, Necromolds is a must!

Had a great time with this one - there is something delicious about squishing the fallen. I kept trying to get my kids to let me do the squishing - no such luck. I will say, in the base set, the insectomite is definitely strong - but we did see one fall to a brave mud mump. I would love to see a fully coop version - my youngest (5) in particular is just not competitive, I play to see if I can modify the solo rules to accommodate him.
