First game was a ton of fun. Smashing the creatures helps keep attention on the game with short attention span children. It feels like a lot to learn when you first play especially for people without Warhammer/wargame experience but Once they start playing the rules are intuitive and the game is very engaging despite the simplicity.

The 4-player expansion made it very easy to play with a few friends at a brewery. The wind blew over our terrain pieces, but we were able to improvise with some extra spell clay! Necromolds is a blast: easy to learn, fast-paced, and extremely satisfying and tactile. Can’t wait to break it out again and experiment with some of the other monsters!

This is a such a perfect concept executed so well on every level! The game seems very well-balanced. The gems system creates a sort of rubber banding, where the more you lose, the more you're given the opportunity to turn your luck around, which feels good.

The collectable rings are well detailed, each with their own character. Picking out which of the 22 different designs will represent you is part of the fun. Be warned, you may find yourself buying more and trading as you suddenly find yourself trying to collect them all.

Great game, love the fact that there is a "ramping up" ruleset for younger kiddos, but also fun to play with grownups! If you were a kid in the 90s and like war/skirmish games, you will love this game!

Such a fun game of build and battle. Multiple ways to play that keeps it from growing old. We have implemented playing with only certain monsters types and tried the various battle modes. Can't wait to see this table at GenCon where we were first introduced to them last year!

Necromolds is like if Play-Doh and Risk had a love child, and let me tell you, it’s been a massive hit in our house! My kids love it. We've already spent hours molding our clay minions and having epic battles. It's the only game where "squish your enemies" is a legit strategy, and our family can’t get enough of it. It's a great mix creativity and strategy. This is our go-to game!

Brilliantly designed, fun for both kids and adults. The rules are dead simple, but the system hides a very satisfying amount of crunch. My 7 year old prefers it to his Nindendo Switch, and those are fighting words!

Great tabletop skirmish game for parents. I tried warhammer kill team with my 9 year old, and that was a little too complex for him. This was just perfect, and still fun for me too. Love all the artwork too.

This is the funnest game... I cannot rave enough about it!!! the hardest part to teach is all the symbols, but after that it's clear and easy to understand and pick up. I would highly suggest it, and encourage you to pick up your own copy.

I originally saw a review of NecroMolds on some social media, and immediately thought. “I need that” so I ordered the starter box set, along with the series 1 monster pack. And let me tell you, this game does not miss. By far one of the most fun table top skirmish games i’ve played in recent memory. I’m so happy that I stumbled upon Necromolds. It is a charming game that is part tabletop miniatures game, part 1990 Splat board game. To describe the the game’s overall style to my friends, I compared it to things that I cherished when I was younger like Monster In My Pocket, Mighty Max, Waldo and of course Splat! Insectomite was definitely the VIP monster type of our first game!

Very satisfying to crush someone's Insectimite with your Mud Mump. Rules are light and easy for kids, but have enough advanced options to make it worthy of an adult game night that doesn't want much prep. The expansion packs are fun and help at to the complexity. Very happy with purchase.

Got this for our kids for Chrostmas. They love it! I have been a table top war gamer for 2 decades and the boys always see me playing and they want to join in. Most table top war games are too complex for kids though. Necromolds is the perfect balance of rules light without sacrificing strategy! A great intro into war gaming for my kids.

It was excellent! My seven year old loved it. He needed our help to set up the first time but was playing without direction after the first two turns. This is a great gateway to other more complex games like Warhammer. The gameplay was fun and competitive.

Absolutely loving Necromolds, we've been playing daily. Happy we got a copy before it sold out. Located in Canada and ordering over invoice was a breeze and Clint answered all my questions in terms of what to buy. Probably should join the discord to make sure we're playing by the official rules but we're having a blast either way.

I got the main Battle Pack for my 10 year old son, as a Christmas present. I was told about the game from a friend that is into tabletop war games. Neither my son nor myself has ever played this type of game, but I can say we both immensely enjoyed it. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a good game that you and your child can bond over. He really loved smashing my monsters.
