Necromolds is definitely a fun time! Whether you are playing with the full rules and all expansion or you just have the base box and are playing "just make monsters then squish 'em." I have the base game, Call to Arms, the 4 player expansions, and 2 monster expansions and it's a really enjoyable time with my friends during our game nights. I definitely plan on getting the remaining explains I'm missing and any future ones when they come out.

Bought this for our family game night and it was an absolute blast. My daughter didn’t care if she one or lost cause smashing the monsters is so fun. It’s clear the creators put a lot of love into the game and it really shows. Already bought more spells books and excited to keep adding to the collection.

My kids, 6 and 8, love it. We play the basic rules version to get right into the action. Grabbed some bottles of the usual "play clay" to get some fun colored armies. Note that the purple clay that came with my starter box was very dry, nearly unusable, but luckily we had tons of "play clay" to start our games.

This game is simply amazing and delightful. We played it with our kiddo, and with our dad, and it was enjoyed by everyone! It's tactile, easy to learn, has lovely art, and the models and chunky, defined, and adorable! A truly creative and amazing game.

Fun game, even for those that have played more complex table top war games in the past! Quick and easy rules to learn and explain. The gem economy with units getting smashed really kept games from becoming a steamroll, even when we tried doing a three player game. A lot of fun, and the games go fairly quick so you can get a few in at a time potentially.

Call to Arms is a must have after having added the extra units to our army! I'm beyond excited to see what new mold series they release to help flesh out the archetypes and styles of battle! Super fun and creative, I'd love to see more character cards too!

This game is so insane. Played it with my partner and then my roommates came home and just could not take their eyes off of it and can’t wait to play! They actually ended up helping with the rules while watching. We already bought the expansion pack I am so excited! The lore and books are so thorough and the artwork is beautiful! Also I WON!!! BAHAHAHAHHAHAHA THANK YOU !! This game rules!!!

First of all I’ve been playing Wargames for 22 years now, even have designed and sold some of my own games, and this game has it all. Easy and engaging have my kids play, and as an adult I can’t believe I never thought of a game where you get to mold your own monsters. I’m very interested to get this going for my gaming group and also of course. Enjoying it with my kids!!!

This game is way too good! It’s like an even simpler version of any table top war game with playdough! It reminds me of games you could find at toys r us in the 90s and early 2000s so the level of nostalgia is really high! It’s really easy to learn as well takes only like 10 minutes of reading the rules!

First game was a ton of fun. Smashing the creatures helps keep attention on the game with short attention span children. It feels like a lot to learn when you first play especially for people without Warhammer/wargame experience but Once they start playing the rules are intuitive and the game is very engaging despite the simplicity.

The 4-player expansion made it very easy to play with a few friends at a brewery. The wind blew over our terrain pieces, but we were able to improvise with some extra spell clay! Necromolds is a blast: easy to learn, fast-paced, and extremely satisfying and tactile. Can’t wait to break it out again and experiment with some of the other monsters!

This is a such a perfect concept executed so well on every level! The game seems very well-balanced. The gems system creates a sort of rubber banding, where the more you lose, the more you're given the opportunity to turn your luck around, which feels good.

The collectable rings are well detailed, each with their own character. Picking out which of the 22 different designs will represent you is part of the fun. Be warned, you may find yourself buying more and trading as you suddenly find yourself trying to collect them all.

Necromolds is like if Play-Doh and Risk had a love child, and let me tell you, it’s been a massive hit in our house! My kids love it. We've already spent hours molding our clay minions and having epic battles. It's the only game where "squish your enemies" is a legit strategy, and our family can’t get enough of it. It's a great mix creativity and strategy. This is our go-to game!

Brilliantly designed, fun for both kids and adults. The rules are dead simple, but the system hides a very satisfying amount of crunch. My 7 year old prefers it to his Nindendo Switch, and those are fighting words!

Great tabletop skirmish game for parents. I tried warhammer kill team with my 9 year old, and that was a little too complex for him. This was just perfect, and still fun for me too. Love all the artwork too.

I’m so happy that I stumbled upon Necromolds. It is a charming game that is part tabletop miniatures game, part 1990 Splat board game. To describe the the game’s overall style to my friends, I compared it to things that I cherished when I was younger like Monster In My Pocket, Mighty Max, Waldo and of course Splat! Insectomite was definitely the VIP monster type of our first game!

And let me tell you, this game does not miss. By far one of the most fun table top skirmish games i’ve played in recent memory. This one struck me right in my 90's childhood. I ended up going all-in (and getting one of the last remaining Battle Box slip covers, hooray!), and I'm thrilled to report that there's a strikingly robust miniatures skirmish game hidden under the neon. This is the funnest game... I cannot rave enough about it!!! the hardest part to teach is all the symbols, but after that it's clear and easy to understand and pick up. I would highly suggest it, and encourage you to pick up your own copy.
