The complete Necromolds bundle was just as exciting to unbox as it is to play! The art work is great the creatures are fun and imaginative! I really enjoy all the different spellbooks, and hope that there will be many more in the future! Even the "Solo Play" battle against Basalt LaSeur is a fun experience that really helped me get a feel for the flow of the game. Can't wait to get some friends together and Battle!

It was excellent! My seven year old loved it. He needed our help to set up the first time but was playing without direction after the first two turns. This is a great gateway to other more complex games like Warhammer. The gameplay was fun and competitive.

Got this for our kids for Chrostmas. They love it! I have been a table top war gamer for 2 decades and the boys always see me playing and they want to join in. Most table top war games are too complex for kids though. Necromolds is the perfect balance of rules light without sacrificing strategy! A great intro into war gaming for my kids.

Absolutely loving Necromolds, we've been playing daily. Happy we got a copy before it sold out. Located in Canada and ordering over invoice was a breeze and Clint answered all my questions in terms of what to buy. Probably should join the discord to make sure we're playing by the official rules but we're having a blast either way.

I got the main Battle Pack for my 10 year old son, as a Christmas present. I was told about the game from a friend that is into tabletop war games. Neither my son nor myself has ever played this type of game, but I can say we both immensely enjoyed it. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a good game that you and your child can bond over. He really loved smashing my monsters.

AWESOME! Bought it as gateway wargame and definitely not dissapointed. Rules are simple but game is anyway fun as hell. Definitely awesome that game is encouraging for home rules. I love the simple pick up and playability the game has that makes it so easy to get new people into it. I played the game and fell in love and got some of the monster packs to fill the box along with the 4 player upgrade. Played it with my friends tonight and they were hooked and asked to play more. Being able to smash the opponent's mold after fighting it also makes it more enjoyable due to the fact it still interacts with the game after being smashed. I'm an old time Warhammer 40k player and I got to say Necromolds is fantastic. A far more affordable and accessible platform for tabletop gaming. The setup is a quick and easy breeze and molding the army is almost as fun as playing the game. The idea of destructible minis that can constantly be recycled is genius!

I got my fiance the base game and the expansion packs for Christmas. We are in our late 20's and we had a blast. You can definitely play the game with only the base spell books, but it is much more fun when you have variety in monsters. My fiance preferred the fancy measuring tool because of it's rigidity and cool design. I am dyslexic and struggle to tell the difference between the medium and long distances. I played a 4 player game and it was great! We divided up the books into two groups and had at it. It wasn't as chaotic as I thought it would have been with four players. There were some pretty great laugh out moments when a small monster was able to defeat a hefty monster. I played with 4 adults and there were no complaints.

This game is something special. It is a great way for kids and adults to dip their toes into tabletop war gaming at a reasonable price. The rules are simple but very flexible for you to come up with all kinds of different game variations and who doesn’t like playing with play dough. Necromolds is a fun game for kids or grown-up kids. Its design is extremely tactile. Not only do you enjoy molding and smashing the monsters, but game rules also rely on tactile devices. For example, the game comes with a distance measuring tool. If you can touch a space with the tool from your monster, it can move there. If you can draw a straight line of sight to another monster with the tool, you can shoot it. It's that simple. This is truly elegant game design.

My son (7) and I have a great time playing this game. The simple rules make it very excisable and the squishing keeps his attention for the whole game. We each make six monsters as a house rule and finish in about 15 minutes. He always asks to play a second game. :O) Thanks for a great gaming experience with my son.

I played this with my friends, where we were all in our 30s...and we all had the "transport me back to when I was 6 years old on the couch" experience. None of us could stop laughing and yelling and making silly sounds. We immediately made plans to play again, we had such a good time. We liked especially that the rules could scale to how complex a game you wanted to play.

So happy to have gotten all of the expansions, made playing with 4 people super fun and easy! all the new twists that each creature brings to the table is incredible and opens up so many realms for different strategies. I have never had such easy buy-in when introducing a boardgame to my friends or coworkers! Everybody I've shown Necromolds loves it from the second they see it, then are obsessed the moment the squish their first monster! I cannot wait for more expansions!

I ended up going all-in (and getting one of the last remaining Battle Box slip covers, hooray!), and I'm thrilled to report that there's a strikingly robust miniatures skirmish game hidden under the neon. I saw this in Kickstarter and thought it looked neat. I was NOT disappointed!! Not only is it a great breakout game that is fun for both adults and kids, but it can be played at varying degrees of complexity. Squishing your opponents monsters is just soooo satisfying! Also, they went ALL OUT on the quality here. You can tell the whole game is well made, and it can take a beating from kids just like toys used to!

Necromolds is amazing! It’s an easily accessible and fun wargame with some really cool visuals and mechanics. Building your army is super fun and easy. The spellbooks produce some really good looking clay miniatures. The gameplay is fast and well-balanced and it’s really satisfying to squash your opponent’s models. I’ve played two games so far and can’t wait to okay some more.
