It is easy to cook. Just take a roll. Put in saucepan, add some water and bring to boil. Drain and put it in cold water for 5 seconds to ensure al dente. Add Green Perilla Dressing ( Japanese dressing from Daiso, Cold Storage), or if dont have use vinegar, soya sauce and mirin sauce. Add roasted garlic. Can add a bit scallion oil or chilli oil. Deliciuos mee pok less than 150 calories for person like me who cannot cook.
