Love this oil, I actually only use a half dose per day and find it effective. Has reduced my depression, anxiety & restless legs by about 50%. Really liked the quality of the oil and it worked well. The only draw back in that there is a very strong after taste that was not present in the original oils. Otherwise a great new alternative!

As a night shift worker, getting a good solid sleep when everyone else is awake used to be awful and I'd resort sleeping pills. Well not any more with this miracle product.
