It has exceeded my expectations and yes, I am still taking Rx meds, but they alone were not working. Active Mg has allowed me to be migraine free most days and when I do experience one, it is much shorter in duration and severity. I asked my pharmacist to check out the label and he had no concerns about interactions or any scary ingredients.

Tremendous results. My migraines are so well controlled when I am on this. When I forgot to bring it on vacation then I suffered. Now my neurologist recommends this product to her clients too.

This is my second review. I originally gave Active Mg 5 stars over 3 months ago. After taking Active Mg for 90 days, I had no migraines just a few headaches here and there. I regretfully stopped Active Mg and chose another so-called similar product that was less expensive. A migraine episode hit 3 weeks later. I stopped the alternative and immediately bought Active Mg one week ago and won't quit taking it again. It really works for me. Again, I give it 5 stars.

I have been taking magnesium for many years due to migraines. Now I have signed up to have my magnesium sent to me every 3 months. Horrible time getting my delivery. I was completely out of these and had to wait so long for the order after paying for express delivery. These work great for me and have been taking them for years, but I hope my next delivery doesn't go like this one.

I take 3 capsules @ bedtime for my transformed migraine headaches. I will still get a mild headache @ times but before I had bad headaches every day. It's the only thing I have found that works. It's too expensive though.
