I ordered this for my son for Christmas before he left for basic training in the Army. The chain broke shortly after and I sent an email with a picture and asked what they could do for me. They responded very quickly and sent me a new one. I received it within a few days. I’m very happy with their customer service and the necklace is beautiful. I actually sleep, bathe, eat, workout, swim everything and its still in tact and my neck haven't turned green. i have the Alison font style I don't know if they still have it I've been looking for this website cause so many people ask and i found it today and I just had to leave a review because i love this necklace!!! 10/10 recommend (shipping just takes awhile totally worth it though).

This is a delicate and beautiful bracelet. I bought it for my 14 year old granddaughter and she loves it. It has both our initials on the charms, M for Madison and N for Nonnie, which is what she calls me. My hope is that she will wear it and think of me and the love I have for her... long after I am gone.
