It has been over 2 weeks since I’ve ordered these and have yet to get them. I got a tracking number after 2 days but never got the grips and they still say they’re in “pre-shipment”. I have emailed MULTIPLE times, no customer service has contacted me and there is no phone number.

I have emailed numerous times to get this order resolved and the company refuses to respond or acknowledge my communication.
I ordered 6 grips. They have not arrived and the tracking information provides no detail. I have asked for a refund and again they refuse to respond. They do NOT have a phone number for you to call, therefore, your only line of communication is email which it appears they do not provide customer service if it is their fault.

I've used a variety of different grips on my clubs and none of them compare to these. I've tried a couple of other brands, but they were always too bulky or didn't have enough grip. Stinger Grips are the perfect combination and I wouldn't change. They don't slip (like some other brands) and you can see how durable they are! 4 Star review because I want to see new designs released.

I have not received my order. I paid $200 for the order. The order I got was for my husband's wedding anniversary. It has been 3 weeks since I ordered. I tried to get a hold of the customer service which they do not have any phone number where you can reach. Only fill out the information under contact us which wasn't enough. I was disappointed by my experience with Stinger Grips. I ordered a First Class grip for a custom putter I was making as a gift for a friends birthday in late April. I ordered it with plenty of time, but my order was somehow missed. Once I confirmed it was missed it still took weeks to come in. They threw in an extra grip I’m assuming to make up for them missing my order. But now I just have two grips that I’m not using.. I wish I could have received my order.
They sent me confirmation of my order, but no tracking information. When using their third party partner shop, it still shows the order as “processing”. Given that domestic orders are typically received in 3-7 days according to their site, I find it frustrating that after 2 and a half weeks there is no update.
