She really liked the necklace. The only issue I had was the fact that I paid $15 for 3 day shipping and it took 3 business days to even ship. That misleading and a waste of money imo. If I ever buy from you guys again I will not pay the extra for 3 day shipping.

Outer box should be in a hard plastic so it doesn't get crushed and ruined. Other than that, it's great.

While the product wasn't exactly what I expected, what with the clasp holding the braided leather bands together, my son appears to love it! He said "thanks" immediately after I gave it to him, but his affect didn't reflect enthusiasm about it. But days later, it was there on his arm, and I get a sense that he realizes how special he is because of the words affixed on the card. I am already looking forward to getting similar gifts for my two other boys once they get older!

Wife was glad to get it & liked it very much. I on the other hand was very disappointed in your product. When I ordered it was shown in a nice vinyl box & what we got was a cheap cardboard box. Not very impressive. Also I ordered it well before for Mother's Day gift & it came 3 weeks after. You took my money within 3 days & it took over 2 months to get it .
