Ordering the watch was simple easy. I did call and change some of the message on the back. They responded immediately with the changes. I order the luxury box, which was very nice. The back part was broken at the hinges, I called again and set some pictures of the box, they are sending a new box. Customer service is a 5 star. Only reason for the 4 star vs 5 5 star was the box being broken. Otherwise I love the product, well work it, and USA made, great customer service.

Received the necklace damaged and it was replaced right away. My daughter is so happy with it and so am I. Thank you for such great customer service!

I am happy with the product but was not at all happy with the delivery process. I ordered it several weeks before my daughter’s 21st birthday, hoping to give it her as a special gift. Unfortunately, it ended not getting here in time. Yes I was sent updates but those didn’t help get the gift here in time . Very disappointed.
