It has wonderful features: the cellphone pocket, the teether rings (that you can also clip other toys onto), the padding, the way it fold up neatly and can be tucked into your diaper bag, and the absolutely GORGEOUS floral print!!! Super happy with this and highly recommend it if you are looking for a highchair/cart cover!!!
