My friend and I love our dream books! We really like the way you’ve changed the months and spread them out instead of lumped them together by three months. Very nice change. We were hoping you’d change the weekly “bootcamp” to a weekly “reset”. What do you think? We think the terminology is more accessible and meaningful.

I am athlete and have frequent professional massage. However, there is a knot in my shoulder blade that comes and goes (particularly during heavy swimming periods). My husband and I both took the class and after some quick daily work on the spot that has plagued me for years...relief! Being able to do small things yourself more frequently doesn't replace the professional body work but it does make things easier! Very thorough class!

It is cramping up and aching, keeping him awake at night, even. This has been the only product that is giving him some relief, and he has tried many different over the counter medicines. We love the muscle melt patch and have been using it for many years. The bigger size is so welcome and when my husband pulled out his back, we were so happy that the patch now covers a larger area. They are easy to cut down for smaller areas as well. The patch feels like a warm blanket all day long and is easy to remove at the end of the day. I love the scent that the healing herbs make all melded together as well.

This is my 3rd Dreambook Planner and I just love it! I really love the new cover for this year - its smooth, sturdy, and also a bit flexible. The linen cover from ‘24 was really hard for me to keep clean, it seemed to attract dust from everywhere, so thank you for making this change! Overall, cannot recommend this planner more - its such a great tool!

I have now tried all the muscle melt products and I love them all. I live in a very small space with a scent-sensitive roommate who finds these products too strong smelling but, the scent of this cream doesn't bother them at all. I will be getting more of this. Keep up the good work!

This is my fifth year using the DreamBook. I think it is superior overall, but they must have changed the paper type in this year's version (2021) because I am using the same markers I've always used and now they are bleeding through to the other side. This is very discouraging because I like to color the mandalas and now that can only be done with colored pencils. The content is thought provoking, though, and I really like the layout.

Absolutely LOVE! Had to place an order as I recently lost one of these pair... Id been so upset and honestly hadnt felt.right without it! Only reason I lost, it apparentlt is necessary to use the backs they come with, which i lost one somehow but thought they'd be okay since have the loop thing...but somehow they managed to escape out of my ear... I noticed when I was about to lose the second one! So DO keep the backs and wear with these!
