We bought this ramp for our 12 year old doxie, Ginger. She immediately began using it all by herself to get down off the couch and she uses it every time now. I am VERY happy with how sturdy it is and how well it is made. Awesome product!

‘Love the new dachramp I recently ordered! The ordering process was very easy and I received it far quicker than I had anticipated! The product is made extremely well. My precious dachshund Piper learned quickly how to go up and down the ramp. But as is the characteristic trait of a dachshund, she is quite stubborn and doesn’t always use the ramp. 😉

Our miniature dachshund is getting used to the ramp. He likes to take short cuts and jump off the couch, but he is getting better about remembering the ramp. I t is well made and just the right size. The carpet has a great texture that gives him traction.

I have gotten a lot of nice quality items from Sausage Dog Central: stickers, dog ramp, t-shirts, mugs...just to mention a few. I absolutely love everything, and would love for you to add even more items. I must say that it has been a challenge to get my 13 yr old dachsie to go up and down the ramp. Ha! He (Rudy) really needs it because of his back. Hard to teach an old dog new tricks!! I plan to get another dachsie in the near future, and I’m sure it will be much easier to teach a puppy. ...

Great product. It’s a bit of a steep hike up to our bed, with the ramp set at highest setting, but our Doxie uses it. Added bonus is one of our chihuahuas also uses it and she would never use the stairs we had purchased for our other chihuahua to use. Great quality product. We are happy with this purchase.

Solid and wider than normal steps. My doxies (4) wont use the steps. They use this ram because it is solid and wide. They don’t feel like they will fall off the sides. I don’t like the unfinished wood. I plan on staining it to match my furniture. But that’s one more thing I have to do - there wasn’t a choice of colors and for this price there should be. Took a long time from ordering to delivery (3 weeks).

Sully, my 7ish year old rescue dachshund, was having so much trouble with some new stairs I got him. He seemed so afraid, and would not use them consistently. We bought this ramp for our shih tzu, who kept trying to jump off of our platform bed, which is pretty high up. It took him about a day to figure out how to use the ramp, but he loves it! The sturdy fabric on the top of the ramp helps to keep him from slipping on his way up and down onto the bed. We are very happy with the product and would recommend it for anyone who has a small dog that should be climbing instead of jumping so they don't hurt themselves!

Great, well built ramp! Took some training for our first dachsie but she is an all star now for upsie and downsie. Our other stubborn doggo will learn I’m confident but is still checking out this new guest in our home. Highly recommended for couches and average height beds. Our bed is a bit higher in a smaller space so the angle is a bit steep in my opinion but the traction the pups get from the rug is enough. Easy to vacuum the rug too for those treat crumbs and wild hairs that appear.

I am sad to say that 2 days before I received the dachsramp my dog had a seizure due to other pre existing medical conditions and passed 10 days later. Although he was 13 years old, he was very smart and active. I am confident he would have easily grasped being able to use this product.

I am working from home now due to the coronavirus, and my dachshund, Oscar, constantly wanted to get in my lap or some other kind of attention. Now with this bed, I tell him I am going to my office to work and it’s next to my desk, and he gets in it, curls up and goes to sleep. It’s great!

I'm happy with the product. 1 of my furbabies uses it, working on the other. I am not happy though that I ordered 1, it wasn't delivered. Spoke to customer service, supposedly first order cancelled. Then I got the ramp and 3 weeks later a second one. I tried to call cust service and no answer, I emailed and was told to ship the second one back, given a label, but when I asked if it was my responsibility to take to Fed Ex or whoever's, I've gotten no response.

When I first put it up my dachshund was scared of it and wouldn’t even go near it. I put her on it and helped her go up and down a few times. Now it is second nature to her. She just turned 13yrs old yesterday. I feel so much better now that I don’t have to worry about her jumping off the couch or bed. Is a little expensive but well worth it and peace of mind for me.

It is a great product! We have two doxies and one is fresh out of back surgery, and is only now learning to use the ramp. The other one seems to think it’s a perfect place to perch for a Birdseye view! Still working on getting them into the habit of not jumping and using the ramp, but they are getting the hang of it and definitely puts us at is knowing they’re not jumping on and off the bed now!
