Item came very early (21 Dec) but the payment should be COD although I paid it already through bank and sent the deposit slip in email. So item was returned to the delivery man. I expected the item to come back on 28 Dec as per the chat with Rarr Manila via fb messenger but unfortunately it was not sorted til that date! Item was received only 2nd Jan.

Very accommodating and responsive to queries. Easy transaction online and timely sending of updates. The quality of the actual pet tag is very good tho my only concern is the holder which is made of light material which can’t really hold the chip tag so I ended up buying a different holder to put it on their collar but as I’ve said I’m really satisfied with the material of the tag itself and the quality of engraving.
