Have had recent surgery and used the usual products prescribed to counteract the constipation caused by the prescription drugs. What an unpleasant experience. So happy to return to these Vitality capsules. They are the best I have EVER used and a huge improvement over the pills prescribed to reduce constipation caused by pain meds and other prescribed drugs. It really works but it took me 5 capsules to have a bowel movement when I was constipated and I take 5 capsules a day to have regular bowel movements. They need to have more capsules in their bottles for people like me that need more to be regular. It’s nice to get relief.
