Was slightly worried since websites now a days are made by the thousands and choosing from them to ensure you receive an item that meets its description, quality, and delivery time. This website does exactly that, and this specific Herman Miller Embody chair has lived up to all my expectations. No more hip pain! : The chair was easy to assemble and setup in a comfortable way. I work from home, so spend all day on this chair and it hasn't disappointed. Prior to the Steelcase, I was suffering from hip pain and after a week of using this chair, the hip pain was gone. It's very comfortable, and I can adjust on the fly to make sure I'm using different positioning. Great chair for the price!

Aeron Chair was in like new condition. Base completely assembled so you only need to slide in the seat back and screw in the 4 allen bolts. This chair is amazing and for the price it was worth having to tighten a single Torx bolt. Would buy again from Chairorama.

Great Chair: Fantastic office chair. Great support in every direction. Easily adjustable in every needed dimension. I use it in my home office and it is more supportive (particularly w/r/t back support) and more comfortable than the Herman Miller chair in my office downtown.

The Aeron chair arrived in perfect condition and works perfectly. A sheet of paper with instructions was in the box but my husband still watched a YouTube video to ensure he was properly installing and hooking up the posture fit correctly. This is the 2nd replacement cylinder I have purchased from Chairorama for my Aeron chair. In the beginning the staff helped me identify the part I needed. The cylinders shipped quickly at a reasonable price and both worked as expected, however, the previous one lasted only 18 months before failing. I hope this newest one will do better.

When i received my Human scale liberty chair it looked great, like new, after unboxing and assembling it I found the piston that raises and lowers the chair was defective. I called a technician Amar at Chairorama, after we determined the cause of the problem he sent me a new piston and I received it within a couple of days. Chair now works as it should.
