First of all I like to address Gabriella's Plants' customer service, which is excellent. I ordered a Philodendron Summer Glory in not to good condition. I mailed them and they got back to me immediately. Suffice it to say, I got another plant with no issues. Thank you Gabriellas Plants so appreciate your efforts.

This very well packaged polyneura hoya arrived in 20°F cold inside my storm door for 2 hrs before I realized that my plant mail had arrived. Despite the heat pack being cold & the thinness of the plant leafs, my polyneura traveled fine from FL to NY and is doing great. Highly recommend Gabriella Plants. ❤️

The Calathea Elliptica Vittata is beautiful. I keep her in my kitchen so I can keep an eye on her. Being a calathea, she will promptly let me know when I have missed a watering. I also keep her near a small humidifier to get through our dry northern winter. Very happy.

My Black Velvet arrived in great condition! One of the leaves has what I think is hard water on it, but it’s not a serious issue (also, I’m a plant novice so it could be from something else). It looks healthy and after owning it for a couple of weeks, it already has new growth. Will definitely order from Gabriella Plants again.

Gabriella Plants has been my best experience buying plants online! They always arrive perfectly packaged and extremely healthy! My Hoya shepherdii is very unique! His thin leaves are the greenest, thinly shaped and firm. His Story Stake reveals he was born on 9/22/2023 with the help of Hunter! I can’t wait to see him grow up!

Love the new plant. Packaging was great, plant arrived with no issues, no broken leaves, no brown or yellow leaves, soil was still moist and no pests! For this price you'd expect maybe 1 minor level developed leaf. Sometimes less. But this is just outstanding. Healthy, no visible defects in development or moisture/light level. I appreciate how upright it is! All my Monsteras seem to want to go sideways, so this is a night tall addition.

This is my third order! Had to order a wire rack to place everything on. Love my starfish. It was packaged so well which is the usual for Gabriella Plants! Yes of course I want to order more but I have to spread it out over time, if not my rack will overflow!!

Everything from start to finish, was a great exsperience! My thai came with MINOR damage to 1 leaf, but I believe that was from the postal carrier. She is absolutely beautiful nonetheless, and her packaging was great! Totally recommend, and I will definitely be ordering again!

Although the plant was packaged well, part of the stem broke off in transit. But I was easily able to propogate the half that broke off back onto the wood. (This plant propogates really well!) Gorgeous plant!!
