I had never seen a Hoya mitrata for sale before but was reluctant to order because of the cold temps in NH in January. I’m so glad I took the chance! It arrived when the temperatures were in the teens, the heat pack was cold, but the plant was alive and so beautiful. A couple of lower leaves had cold damage and quickly died off, but you can see how full it still looks. This Hoya is gorgeous with its wide leaves and unique splashing. First time ordering from Gabriella plants and my Jose Buono arrived in spectacular condition!!! Nice size plant for the money and had a brand new leaf that was unfurling. I was worried about it getting too cold since it’s winter so I opted for winter shipping. It was about 40°F on delivery day, arrived in two days, and was perfectly fine!

It arrived cold. I did have winter insurance.I think the mailman may have had the box on top of his vehicle. I emailed to find out what to do. Miriam responded very quickly with instructions on how to save it. I did lose the baby leaf in the picture but that is all. High quality plants and excellent customer service!

Arrived on time and in great shape despite cold temperatures! I recommend getting the insurance that comes with a heating pack if you order in cold months, it helped a lot

It is so beautiful. I’m amazed how tall and big the leaves are. I did have to remove the largest leaf due to, what seemed like, blight. This probably happened when I watered it once and didn’t notice how the water got on the leaf. It is constantly giving me new leaves and I’m very lucky to have gotten it like this.

My Jose Buono is one of my favorite plants. Although the variegation is subtle, his leaves are so big and beautiful. He is super healthy and easy-going and is always pushing out a new leaf, even in the dreary, dry winter here in NH. I love him so much!

This poor thing!! Got a little beat up during shipping… I contacted Gabriella’s plants and they were very helpful! Gave me advice on how to get the plant to recover and even checked in several days later to make sure everything was going okay. Now my ping is thriving and caught gnats and mosquitoes I didn’t even realize were in my home! I may have to get some more. I am very happy with it.

Her Majesty is even more elegant than i had hoped! Seriously though, this plant arrived so robust and huge that I could hardly believe she fit into that four inch pot. She’s only been on the moss pole two weeks and is already rooting.

Rio arrive happy and healthy, even during one of the hottest weeks of the year in NYC. Plant was very carefully packaged. It did have some hard water marks, but I was able to remove them with a lemon juice solution. Overall, I’m very happy with this plant and with the process of buying from Gabriella. ☺️

Such a cutie! Came packaged with lots of care which is appreciated. Unfortunately, was bone dry by the time she arrived but we were experiencing a heat wave on the east coast so didn’t really surprise me. Some bottom and gentle watering took care of that and now she’s all set. Also came with 2 new leaves that had just popped open with a new one on the way. One of my new favorites :-)

I bought a pink perfection and neon robusta for my corgi planter. They came quickly, less than a week from initial order. Both plants came packaged well and they were healthy.
