Overall, I was very pleased with how this turned out. The final product was the 4th draft of the figurine and included much more detail. As other reviewers have mentioned there is a slight language barrier but the seller was very responsive, sending progress photos and incorporating my notes into revisions. Total turnaround time was about 5 weeks in part because of the revisions and the Christmas rush. Thanks!

Super nice and original gift. By sliding the doll in the box in which it was sent, there were a few smudges on the material, but fortunately not really in places where it bothers me. The doll certainly looks good on the person who received the gift, really handsome! There was good contact with the seller in between, even when something did not go quite right during the making. In the end, they solved this just fine. Definitely recommended!

I received a proof image from the creator and the only note I had to give her was for her to change the color of the ball my dog had in his mouth and it turned out exactly how I pictured it. It did take a while before it was delivered from when it was shipped (about 2 weeks) but it was 100% worth the wait. Highly recommend :)
