This was my first time trying kokonugs, the chocolate was delicious! But the only thing I didn't like was when I received my package, the chocolate was melted n stuck together so it kinda ruined the fun of it. So maybe add some dry ice in the packages so they won't melt or something like that.

My order came in melted. I did contact customer service and took a little bit but at the end of the day everything was resolved and I got my order replaced.
