Ordered 2 sets. I opened every box. Not one chip or crack. All were packed very well. . The cereal/soup bowls a little smaller than expected. But they are gorgeous. Ill manage. .. if in future there are bigger cereal bowls ever introduced, , it would a nice addition..
Im waiting for a kitchen remodel, so I haven't taken them out of boxes yet.

I like what I ordered. However, as someone single, I would have liked it if I could have order a set of one or two. I have no need for a set of four.
I’m thrilled that when I use a knife, there are no marks like with my other plates.

This is the perfect bowl. Perfect size for family dinner size salads, pasta or even fruit. The design is beautiful and heavy duty no fear of breaking it easily. Will definitely purchase another one.

The product itself is stunning. My guests all comment. Customer support is excellent. When I unpacked my delivery box, I found a broken bowl (that was the only item damaged - The packaging was excellent). My heart sank. I contacted customer support, got a quick response. These folks are super!

The dinnerware is amazing and your customer service is the exact opposite.
You created your warranty but don't really support it. Things break and one of the draws to this set is that warranty. Heaven forbid you chip something because you will wait months, and I mean months to get a replacement.
You will get back emails about it being on backorder or it will be back in stock soon, all the while the dish is still available and ready to ship online.
But you already know all that because that ...

After a VERY long wait, we received our stoneware dishes in aqua blue. We love them. They are smaller than our previous dishes, but we’ve found that they fit all our favorite meals. One small bowl arrived broken, and a replacement just showed up after a few weeks. Overall very pleased.

I waited a very long time to see these dishes again. Previously, I fell in love with the color but did not purchase. Not even the platters that first caught my eye.
Well, I ordered the sixteen piece set and was very delighted placing each setting on my table. I entertain a lot so I now have a service for twelve!! Don’t hesitate!! You will wonder why it took you so long to decide and lament that you did not do it sooner.

I purchased prior to doing research on the company itself - trustworthy or not - and then I found a website - an't remember if it was trustworthy or another site, but they rated you 7 out of 100. So I thought I just lost $240+ for not doing my research first. However, it arrived and I really like it. Very happy with it. I may in the future order another set. I am very please with the color, love the design and have had no issues since I purchased them about 2 months ago.

I have been looking for an every day set of dishes since I moved to the beach. I love the unusual, eclectic, and non traditional design in my dinnerware and was delighted to find these dishes. They are beautifully designed and a perfect statement for the casual lifestyle we are adapting to in Southport. We are in love with the set for 12 and have received so many ooh's and awes at our dinner parties. Well done!!!

We love these dishes and bought a second set. They are small, light and very unique looking. We can put 2 sets in our dishwasher at a time. They are the perfect size for older people who do not eat large portions. The bowels are great a large size for soups and spaghetti and small size for desserts or salads. I am very happy that my husband found them.

I absolutely love this stoneware set! The Pearl White color is beautiful — clean, timeless, and elegant without feeling too formal. The bowls are truly the perfect sizes for our family. I use the smaller ones for cereal and desserts, and the larger bowls are just right for soups, pasta, and hearty meals. Everything feels solid, well-made, and comfortable to use every day. I’m so happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it!

These oval plates are stunning! The shape is both practical and beautiful, and The Pearl White finish makes everything served on them look elevated. They’re perfect for serving dishes, but I’m especially excited to use them for big summer salads. They feel substantial without being heavy, and the design is simple yet very elegant. I love how versatile they are — a wonderful addition to my kitchen!

I am in love with my new Decosignature stoneware dishes! I purchased two sets of four in pearl white and they are lovely. I love the organic shaping and the size of the pieces. Also, kudos to the their customer service department.
