The pain relief patches were effective at reducing lower back pain. The reason I did not give them the highest rating is due to my reaction to the adhesive on the patches. After 12-20 hours I had to remove the patch due to severe itching. I guess my body does not like the adhesive chemistry. Great product other than the skin irritation, which I’m sure is probably specific to me.

I live in the UK. It took a month to arrive and was held up at customs. £27 to pay was disappointing. I like the design of the product and it fits well. It came with no instructions but I found those on the website. The fastening strap works but does not look to secure. If it breaks that is the end of the product. I have worn one on my left wrist for a year and a half. I noticed in June that I had no pain on my left side of my body in my joints. So I decided to try one also on my right wrist.
