Medium Roast Coffee - Blue Mountain - Strength 3

It is getting difficult to find a light-roast arabica ground coffee now. The supermarkets seem to have stopped holding strength 2, almost all their coffees are strength 3 or stronger. The Brown Bear Brazilian suits us very well, and we have now started on our second bag.

As a gastric reflux sufferer I need to be careful what coffee I drink and this particular coffee is one of the few roasts that sit well with me. For a coffee lover, this is great! It tastes a bit boring as a single espresso but add a little frothed milk or make it a cappuccino and the flavour really shines!
