This company went over and beyond what was needed for me when they sent a large supply of detergent strips with fragrance to replace the fragrance free that I had ordered but was out of stock. Then when those became available they sent all that I had ordered. So I received double what I had originally ordered.

My order was delayed a long time, but the company compensated me by giving me an extra box. I ordered boxes of unscented as well as two kinds with fragrance. While I could smell the fragrance out of the box, it left absolutely no fragrance at all on the laundered clothing. I am pleased with the product. It cleans just fine and there is no residue on the fabrics after they are washed. We usually just use 1/2 sheet per load.

First of all I want to say thank you for caring about your customers. I really love this product. I have used 2 other laundry sheets and these are the best so far. I have used the lavender and it is a very light scent and the fragrance free. Both clean very well. I have a top loaded HE washer and the Blue Water works great! Others that I have used sometimes didn't dissolve but I haven't had that problem with these.
