I love having the lightweight Blue Water laundry detergent delivered to my home. I don't need to purchase huge and heavy plastic jugs of liquid soap and haul it around. I dislike the thought of truckloads of plastic containers full of mostly water being shipped across the country using up gas and contributing to climate deterioration just to deliver laundry detergent to our suburban dwellings. This is the answer to at least one eco-problem that we can easily do something about.

Not only is this detergent great, customer service was very generous and sent them to me as a replacement after I realized my original scented order was too heavily scented for me. I passed on the scented sheets to my local Buy Nothing group and there was a lot of interest in them! I have been using the Laundry strips for 6 months and I see no reason to go back to the old liquid stuff. I love the convenience of a monthly subscription and the price of this product is very cost effective per load in comparison. I have a farmer and mechanic in the family and their clothes get extremely dirty. For loads that are extra tough, I add a booster to the load or pre-treat the stain. But, I would have had to do that for the liquid detergents as well. There is no wasteful packaging...
