These pills definitely increases my appetite. The first few days they also make me extremely sleepy. I’ve only been taking them about a week tomorrow and I’m already up 2 pounds. That’s with only take 1 per day the first 3 days and then 2 per day the next 3 days. I’ll start the 3 per day as instructed tomorrow since the drowsiness is wearing off. Exercise should also be included when taking these.

Beeñ getting thick for 4 years from this product! Y'all better remember to eat well and exercise a lot! I recommend sumo squats 300 times 4 days a week and fire hydrants 150× each side 2 days out the week. You gone get results within 2 weeks.! If you got hips dips like me do the sumo squats it's gone be magic 🪄✨
