I purchased my NUBE about a month ago. I live in Ensenada, Mexico and the water is less than ideal. Everyone purchases bottled water. I google water generators and found the NUBE. It was the highest rated of all available. I couldn't be happier with the purchase. Their customer service is excellent. Always there. Thank you Innovaqua for creating a fantastic product.

El agua es realmente buena ,de buen sabor despues de 2 semanas de uso aproximadamente .Mantenimiento es facil.No genera altos costos de energia.Ocupa poco espacio.Hay videos en youtube para facil reemplazo de piezas en caso de que se dañen.Estoy muy contento con mi equipo,adicional compre uno para mi madre la cual ya no tiene que estar comprando agua para beber la cual no era de tan buena calidad como el agua que produce la maquina Nube que es alkalina.

We are enjoying our Nube water generator, especially because we have well water and we are not sure our well water is safe to drink. I like the style and sleek shape of the Nube as it fits in great in our home. My five year old grandson thinks it is a "water robot." It works very well, the display is clear and dynamic letting us know it is operating as designed. The only thing that may be improved is the sound, it could be quieter if it is possible. Having great drinking water when you want it, it's awesome. Received my order in about ten days, and I live in Michigan. Everything works great. It's been two and a half weeks since I received it. Very happy with it. In the words of The Water Boy, That's some high quality H2O.

Parts are well engineered and easy to replace. The Nube functions great, especially with the FL humidity. The unit dehumidifies the house well, lowering the level 10%. Wast is as good as my other RO system.

We have been using our Nube for about a month now and it is working really well. We have enough drinking water for 3 adults and our dogs. We are in the Southern California area and even on lower humidity days we still have plenty of water. The water tastes great too!

have had the NUBE for about 1 month and it does everything they say it should do....delivers plenty of drinking water (that tastes great) 8 gallons per day. Took over 30 days to get it delivered but I blame that on the sorry Left Wing Leaders we have in the white house today (Mayor Pete)

I got my Nube two weeks ago. The instruction manual doesn't cover setting it up very well, but there are unboxing videos that can augment your knowledge. I missed the part about installing the filter element in the Reverse Osmosis filter initially, but I added that after watching the video and all is well. I don't run mine 24 hours a day. ya lo arreglé, fue verdaderamente facil, me ocupo 4-6 minutos hacer el cambio, con la ayuda del video que me enviaron. se habia roto la parte o palanquita del agua fria, lo pedí tardó como 5-6 días en llegar y pude arreglarlo en 5 minutos cuando me llegó.

The Nube AWG has been working as expected so far. The packaging protected the unit during shipment. Setting it up took several steps but the instruction manual and website videos provided clear directions. A couple of hours later we were enjoying the best tasting water, no tap connection required!
