Belly binder is made of soft cotton which is great, but size runs big. Binds well but due to cotton and short elastic, lacks the tight compression feel compared to hospital kind. Need to spend alot of time to align and bind it just right. Am 160cm and a typical UK 6-8, the torso part is too long and extends down to top section of the butt and is uncomfortable to bind at the front especially if you have caeserian. Cant fold it as well and will ride up at the back if you do so, even more uncomfort...

I love the convenience of a good nursing cami. The quality of the fabric is stretch and not sheer. It's also priced pretty reasonably. Although I just have gotten the sizing wrong. Bust size meaning the bra band size and not the widest part of the bust? Am 93cm widest part and XL turned out to be too big. Not minding the looser fit though.
