I'm a big fan of new era caps. been buying through their physical stores all these while. This was my first purchase via their online and I seriously think that they really need to step up when packing their caps. find other ways rather than cramping the caps into that small miserable box. if its one cap then its okay, when its 3 caps, use common sense its bound to get creases on the crowns and could get disfigured sometimes. your caps are not cheap. invest in better sized postage boxes.
