I was disappointed with the poor quality of the print and frame. I requested a refund under the ‘no quibbles’ 30-day returns policy and received no response. My follow-up email has also had no reply, I am now contacting my credit card company. I advise against purchasing from this company.

This was bought as being 16 x 12 so I had bought frames and mounts to fit, but the actual picture is not that size as it has a wide white border which means my mount and frame do not fit properly, disappointing, should have given actual picture size without white border which would have been more useful.
