This is our second pug life harness and we love it. There were two changes to it that have caused some adjustment. First, the middle book on the harness is on the back instead of the front which makes it harder to control him, we liked it better in the front. Second, the belly strap just keeps getting loose, it doesn’t stay at the tightness we set, so every time we leave for a walk it gets looser as the walk goes

I purchased the large size for my Dutch Shepherd. She's on the lighter side at 55 lbs. but it fit well. I added reflective material to either side as the one strap across the front was insufficient for that purpose. The harness works well, she isn't really a puller and she doesn't mind it at all. Overall a good purchase for a quality item.

Our lab is around 80 pounds. We are happy with the fit. She does pull, the side rings don't seem to direct her to the side as advertised. The harness does seem to prevent her from getting as strong of a footing when she does pull. Have gotten several compliments on the fit and color. All in all, we are happy with the harness.

I read online how it helps stop dogs from pulling, and I didn't really believe that it would work. But I decided to take a chance because my 120 lb. I bought the large and extra large because she is 58.2 pounds and just turned 1 year. They both fit but the xl is tightened almost all the way. The large chest did have to be let out a good bit. I’m keeping both to see if she gets bigger and then will donate the other to the shelter. She is wearing the large in the pics. She can still pull a bit even with it hooked the side, but with effort I can turn her.

I have relocated the right side ring to make it lower. This helps Kandy to respond to the lease more quickly when in heel command. Her training lease had a ring under her neck which prevented her from lowering her head on the leash. I wish this harness could be adapted likewise. We purchased a Pug Life Harness for each of our Standard Poodle puppies. The harnesses are easy to put on and take off as well as make size adjustments. The only drawback I've had is sizing my 6 month old Lola. Her harness is a little large yet so the harness shifts to the side on walks. She will grow into it eventually. After trying traditional harnesses on my dog Buster and fighting to get them on him. I gave up on harnesses all together until I saw this harness. When I saw the ad I decided to give it a try. From the moment I put it on Buster, I new that harness was the one. Buster likes the harness so much he doesn't want to take it off. The only thing I think could be improved is the handle.

I bought this for my Maltipoo for 2 reasons; first, so that we could enjoy more walks together and second, for more security when he is riding in the car. This harness is perfect for both!! Oh my gosh, my 92 pound GSD and I love this harness!!! She no longer pulls while on walks. It does not take long at all to train a dog to this harness and it’s super easy to fit and take on and off. Any larger or smaller size would not fit so an XL is perfect. Very cute design and very well made.. i highly recommend!!
