So far the product seems to be working as expected. I would have loved to give it the full 5 stars, but unfortunately I had to take a star off for the lack of communication from customer service. I reached out twice regarding my order because it did not ship for 2 weeks after purchasing. During those 2 weeks I was just a little nervous about my order maybe getting lost and politely reached out with no responses. It was a little frustrating but glad I didn’t cancel my order after all.

The consistency is good it's a perfect blend between a gel and a moisturizer. I use it as a night cream and it stays put all night rather than transferring to my pillow. It also is gentle enough for every day use which most retinoids I have used have irritated if I used every day. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is I wish it was more moisturizing or some may call it oily. I like that in a cream but I know most ppl don't so I get it.
