I've had the Bodylastics for the past few years. They are the best. I've purchased a cheap set too....don't ever buy cheap bands, NOT worth it. These bands appear to be every bit the same quality as the Bodylastics. My girlfriend got this exact set on sale . Even the lightest band here is almost too much for her, lol. I've used this a few times in the last few days and so far am pleased. Well, its now been about 3 months, and I'm happy to report that the product is still working well. I've purchased similar muscle stimulators in the past, and they all had problems with poor conduction to one or more areas with the first couple of months, so this one definitely seems better made, so far. So I got this for myself cause I’m trying to get back in shape after having two little ones pretty close together. I bought this with dreams of getting rid of belly fat. I am using it in conjunction with running on the treadmill. I hope it works. In the meantime I did figure out I can use the smaller pads on other areas of my body. I put them on my shoulders after lifting and it felt so good. It is far more intense than the ones you can purchase at other stores, so I recommend starting at a lower level of intensity to start. This is very easy to use and provides very strong and weak muscle contractions...i had a "frozen" shoulder with a lot of pain. I used this to exercise the shoulder and strengthen the front and rear deltoids. It was surprisingly effective and helped bring my shoulder back to normal usage....i know there are some some much more expensive units on the market and i researched them, but i couldn't find a reason to justify the excessive price for the same function...this is a great value and very effe...
